SIP-коннектор

Настройки SIP доступны только роли с правом управления телефонией.

RetriesRetry non-2xx responses with the same providerCallId; JustCRM uses signed replay locks and providerCallId idempotency.
RoutingInbound calls are routed as Lead work: JustCRM only assigns active telephony-enabled sales users who can see the Lead's current stage and access the Lead; marketing/support stays read-only.
